Stainless steel cathode plate
With the advancement of technology, the application of stainless steel cathode plates in copper refining has been widely used and it will replace the traditional copper starting plate gradually.
The application of stainless steel cathode plate, as an advanced electrolytic technology, represents the high level of copper electrorefining, and it will have a widely development prospection.
The characteristic and advantages of stainless steel cathode plate as follow:
1. Eliminate the process of the traditional starting plate, reduce the production cost.
2. Be able to work under a higher current density, up to 320-370A/m²
3. High current efficiency, up to 99%
4. No need to make change on the basic operation procedure and additives in copper refining
5. The localization of the plates will effectively reduce the cost of production

Insulated Edges Strip
PPO or ABS insulated holding strips, R&D by Jiangcheng, has good performance on high temperature resistance, anti-corrosion, insulation, long service lifes, good mechanical properties, good toughness etc.

Current-carrying bar
The bars are made of 99.99% cathode copper. The copper bar is extruded and formed by the mold in one time, should be flat and straight, bending degree ≤1mm.
Construction: inner copper+outside 316L stainless steel
Materials: 316L stainless steel /Titanium/duplex steel or customized, red copper
